COVID 19 New Regulations for Trade at Go Bella Beauty Terms and Conditions for Client Safety and Trade.

· Maximum of 5 people in store at any one time for each area of trade. No Waiting area will be available, no water or magazines.

· Clients must come at the scheduled booking time, on time, will wait outside; and will be let in by staff, and on arrival, will have their temperature taken digitally and recorded and signed off in calendar appointment book. The details may become available to any Government official or Health department official if requested and this is not optional but agreed between the parties upon entry. 

·  All clients will be sanitized on their hands. 

· Any client who shows any signs of being even slightly unwell will be graciously rescheduled.

· Under no circumstances will children be admitted.

· Toilet use is available, however; will be steam cleaned and sanitized between every client, thus some wait time may ensue.

· No Groupons are valid purchased before March 2020. 

· Deals sold directly to clients prior to March 2020 must be verified with your receipt of purchase at booking time, to resume final treatments, on those deals. No exceptions. All treatments must be signed off by staff signatures only.

· Due to the Covid 19 issues, some treatments may be unavailable, and no deals will be offered until further notice, but treatments must be paid for on the day, via the new Standard Price List.

· Our Trade hours will be changed also in the winter months and no clients will be able to come in after 4pm. Weekdays,  and Saturdays we will be open from 9am to 5pm. Book in early as numbers will be greatly reduced as in table availability.

· All other Standard Terms and Conditions still apply.

· Late arrivals will incur a fee or rescheduled due to strict numbers.

· “No Shows “may not be rescheduled. Fees will apply on next visit.

· Our staff will complete extra sanitizing and cleaning for your safety and this requires more of our time, thus our changes, and we greatly appreciate your patients and patronage. Thank you for Understanding and keeping each other safe!
