Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of all Go Bella Beauty Direct deals sold in store apply and agreed at the time of purchase and invoicing as proof of purchase and agreement with our T's and C's. Fees required for late notice cancellations and n"No Shows" of less than 24 hours notice in writing to our email address. "No Shows" void vouchers. Voucher/receipt/invoice must be presented at every appointment check prior to service. Late arrivals, No Shows, Cancellations, without a 24 hour notice will cancel the service or shorten time of service. No partial redemptions or refunds of any kind. One voucher per person. Not redeemable for cash, not transferrable to any other person, deal or offer. Due to the nature of the industry there are no booking time garuntees all bookings subject to availibility. No replacements for lost or stolen vouchers. refrain from using mobile phones and taking photos on site.
All vouchers expire after 6 months unless agreed in writing to info@gobella.com.au Any rude or antisocial behaviours will be removed from site and services cancelled without refunds. Cameras are in use on site. All photos taken by Go Bella remain the property of go Bella and may be used for advertising purposes.
All changes to your health and any contraindications and covid safe practices must be followed on site and you are responsible to scan the covid safe code upon entry and let us know if you have recently been vaccinated. Anyone who presents with cold sores or visible signs of being unwell will be graciously reschedulled for the health and safety of others.
